OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G Gets January 2024 Security Update

OnePlus is rolling out a new OxygenOS update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G. It brings the January 2024 security patch to fix numerous vulnerabilities found in the previous software version.

The latest OxygenOS update for the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G is rolling out with the firmware version CPH2409_11.C.34. The brand is currently rolling out the update in Europe, but it shouldn’t be too long before it starts spreading to more markets.

The changelog is very short, as OnePlus only brings a new security patch to the device with the latest update. So, don’t expect to see new features or performance improvements.

If you have a OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G in Europe and haven’t received an update notification yet, manually check for available updates. To do that, go to Settings > About device, tap OxygenOS, and click Check for update.

As always, the OTA update rollout is incremental. So, it can take a few days for the rollout to complete.
