Will Galaxy A24 Get One UI 6.1 Update?

[February 21, 2024]: Samsung has announced that One UI 6.1 will start rolling out in late March 2024. Sadly, this rollout timeline is for devices that are eligible for Galaxy AI, which includes the Galaxy S23 series, S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series.
Samsung didn’t announce when the next One UI upgrade will be available for older devices that won’t get Galaxy AI, such as Galaxy A24.
[January 18, 2024]: Samsung has now revealed details on which devices will get Galaxy AI features. The list includes the Galaxy S23 series, S23 FE, Galaxy Z Fold 5, Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Galaxy Tab S9 series.
So, as expected, Galaxy A24 won’t get Galaxy AI features. However, it will receive the One UI 6.1 update in the coming months.
Samsung will bring Galaxy AI with One UI 6.1 update to those eligible devices in the first half of this year. So, it seems that the One UI 6.1 update isn’t coming to Galaxy A24 before June 2024.
[January 17, 2024]: During the Galaxy Unpacked event today, Samsung revealed that many Galaxy AI features from the S24 series will come to select premium Galaxy devices.
The company didn’t reveal device names, but that statement itself tells that Galaxy A24 won’t get Galaxy AI.
