[April 4, 2024]: Many Galaxy S23 series users are facing problems with the touchscreen. It’s because of an issue with the Discover feature in the Google app. They are already working on it.
If you are also experiencing this issue, update the Google app, clear the Google app cache, and restart your phone. This is a temporary fix that has worked for some users.
[April 1, 2024]: Samsung is delivering the One UI 6.1 update to the Galaxy S23 FE users in India. The update comes with the firmware version S711BXXU2CXCF with a download size of around 2.8GB. Sadly, it includes the March security patch, not the latest one, that is April 2024 security patch.
[March 28, 2024]: Yesterday, the update went live in the US, and now the Galaxy S23 FE users in Europe have also started getting the major One UI 6.1 update. The update has a download size of around 3GB.

[February 22, 2024]: Samsung expands the February security patch to Galaxy S23 FE users in India. It comes with the firmware version S711BXXS2BXA9 and a download size of around 250MB.
[February 21, 2024]: Samsung has finally announced the One UI 6.1 timeline for devices that will also get Galaxy AI features. According to the brand, eligible devices, including Galaxy S23 FE, will start getting the One UI 6.1 update at the end of March 2024.

[February 8, 2024]: The February 2024 security patch is now rolling out to Galaxy S23 FE. Currently, it’s rolling out in some parts of Asia and Europe. The update has the firmware version S711BXXS2BXA8.
Since the February patch is now out, the One UI 6.1 update should arrive soon to Galaxy S23 FE. Our best guess is that the update should start rolling out next month.
[January 23, 2024]: A Samsung Community moderator in charge of the Galaxy S series reveals that the One UI 6.1 update will start rolling out to the Galaxy S23 FE, among other devices, after the February 2024 security patch.
The security patch will be distributed between the period of mid-February to late February 2024. So, we’ll have to wait at least a month to get the One UI 6.1 update.
[January 18, 2024]: Now, we have the list of devices that’ll get the Galaxy AI features with the One UI 6.1 update. Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy AI features will be available to the Galaxy S23 FE before June 2024.
There’s bad news as well. Not all the Galaxy AI features from the S24 series are coming to older Galaxy devices. As of now, we don’t know which of those will be missing.
[January 17, 2024]: During the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event, Samsung announced that One 6.1 with Galaxy AI features will be released for select premium Galaxy devices in the first half of 2024. However, the brand didn’t reveal the names of those eligible devices.
