HyperOS 2.1 update is out for Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4
Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro is the latest device to get the HyperOS 2.1 update. This update brings a range of new features and improvements to improve the overall user experience.
The HyperOS 2.1 build for the Xiaomi Pad 6S 12.4 is currently available for HyperOS beta testers in China. It is tagged with the firmware version OS2.0.100.3.VNXCNXM. While it’s a beta update, Xiaomi isn’t likely to spend much time rolling it out as a stable build.

What’s new in HyperOS 2.1 for Xiaomi Pad 6S Pro 12.4?
HyperOS 2.1 is rather an incremental upgrade over the already big HyperOS 2 bringing necessary improvements and several new features. The latest update brings a “gesture prompt line” that dynamically follows with the content when opening and closing apps. It enhances the visual experience when quickly switching apps.
The update reportedly also brings “Star Networkless” that allows users to engage in voice chats without an internet connection. This can be particularly useful for areas with poor connectivity. The Game Turbo interface has been updated to include a performance dashboard, offer more insights, and offer smoother processing.
The camera is also getting improved to offer better low-light images. HyperOS 2.1 improves file transfer and interconnectivity within Xiaomi devices. New lock screen templates and fonts are there for a more personalized lock screen experience. The update also brings improvements to animations and Xiaomi’s AI assistant.
