WhatsApp Web Stuck on Loading Screen (Quick Solutions)
WhatsApp Web often gets stuck on the loading screen, and it’s pretty easy to fix it.
The problem is commonly caused by the internet connection or the website cache files stored on your computer. I’ll tell you easy and effective ways to resolve the WhatsApp Web not loading problems.
WhatsApp Web Stuck on Loading Screen? Here’s How to Fix It
Whether your WhatsApp Web is stuck at loading your chats or organizing/downloading messages, these solutions will throw away these problems.
1. Check If Your Connection Is Stable
An unstable or slow internet connection is the common culprit that can cause the WhatsApp Web to get stuck on the loading screen.
To optimize your internet connection and improve its stability, reboot the router once. To do this, unplug the router, wait for a minute, and then plug in the router again to the power source.
Close the WhatsApp Web and open it again in a new tab.

2. Clear Site Data
If your WhatsApp Web is still not opening, try clearing the website data. This solution has done the trick for many people, and hopefully, you’re the next.
Step 1: Go to web.whatsapp.com in a browser (I’m using Google Chrome).
Step 2: Tap on the site information icon.
Step 3: Select Site settings.
Step 4: Click Delete data.
Step 5: Choose the Delete option.
Now, open WhatsApp Web and log into your account again. This time, you won’t get stuck on the loading screen.
3. Try a Different Browser
If the above solutions don’t work, the browser may be having issues. Sometimes, a website doesn’t load on a browser, while it does on other browsers.
So, try logging into your WhatsApp Web account on a different browser and see if it works. You can use Opera or Firefox.
4. Use the Desktop App
If you’re still struggling to use the WhatsApp Web on your computer, I highly recommend switching to the desktop app. It has a better interface and works smoothly.
Unlike WhatsApp Web, the app doesn’t need to download every message every time you open it. You can also do audio and video calls directly from the WhatsApp desktop app.
Download the WhatsApp app for your Windows or Mac.
