Thus, you should take a complete backup of your Pixel before doing this.

Here’s how to factory reset your Pixel 6:

Open the Settings app.
Scroll down to System and tap on it.
Tap on Reset options.
Click Erase all data (factory reset).
Click Erase all data.
Confirm your lock screen (if prompted) and tap on Erase all data.

After resetting your Pixel 6, set up the device and send a message from another device to this phone to check if the problem is fixed.
