  • Turn off the toggle next to Pocket mode.

If you have updated the device to Android 12, you can’t find the Pocket Mode option in the Utilities section.   1. I have Oneplus Nord 2 and there is no Utilities option in the settings menu. According to the Oneplus forum site there is no such option for this model.

  2. My OnePlus Nord 2 did an update and now it puts my phone in pocket mode when I put it in the clear case on my bike. I want to be able to track my miles but I no longer can cuz I can’t get it out of pocket mode. There is no utilities option to go to.

  5. Same issue for me, no utilities, can’t shut the damn thing off, One Plus technical support that was once great is now terrible, and this is likely the last One Plus I buy because of this.

  6. Same here. No utilities in settings. The manual is out of sync with the phone and is useless.
    Many other categories in settings have also changed – which shows that the OnePlus developers change what they like and there is no quality control.

  8. I can’t answer calls due to this stupid pocket mode, call gets disconnected when I press the power button to turn on the screen.
